ZERO Shrinkage Castable Resin About
Works with any DLP or LED/LCD 3d printer
Vitaresin ZERO has been specially developed for direct casting of highly detailed jewellery. This resin has a shrinkage rate of less than 1% and shows almost no shrinkage. It ensures good casting quality while not shrinking after 3d printing.
Vitaresin Zero is our new Zero Shrinkage resin suitable for casting gold or silver. You can use it for filigree items as well as surface items.

Post-processing of Vitaresin Zero
1- Washing
- After printing is complete, wash the part attached to the build plate with ethyl alcohol (>90%) or isopropyl alcohol (>90%) for 5 minutes.
- When washing, make sure that the alcohol completely covers the part.
- Use a brush to remove uncured resin if necessary.
- Do not over wash, it may cause distortion in the dimensions of the part.
2- Drying
- Use an air compressor to dry the washed part.
- Make sure the part is dry and the uncured resin is completely removed.
- If there is still uncured resin left on the part, wash with fresh alcohol and dry again.
3- Part Disassembly
- Remove the printed part from the build plate using a scraping tool, being very careful not to damage your hand and the model.
- Store the Vitaresin Zero bottle in a dark and moisture-free place at room temperature (20-24 °C).
